The director was really kind during the consultation, so I trusted the director and went ahead with the surgery. They said my original nose shape was small and fairly good, so I had surgery using septal cartilage + ear cartilage and a little silicone. The result had almost no swelling, and I think the surgery was done neatly and well. After one week, I removed the splint and saw the director once more, and they said the line came out well. I think the result looks good to me too. It seems like they make it nicely into a thin line with a natural + slightly glamorous style.
