He's extremely pleasant and kind, and if I have questions, he waits patiently. I asked a lot of questions and even asked if one more thing was okay after checking my phone, and usually if they're busy, they go, uh... ah, yes..! and you can tell they can't hide how busy they are..! But he says, “Yes~!” and waits so kindly, smiling brightly? That makes me feel very reassured. After I finish asking everything, he goes out with a quick “Yep!” like a ninja, and I thought, oh, even though he was busy, he waited for me like that, so I was really grateful. And his consultation expertise is excellent, and he answers all questions well. He drew the pre-op design very similarly to the line I had in mind, so I decided to have the surgery here!! This was my first surgery and I'm a scaredy-cat, so I kept asking weird things, and I feel so sorry and grateful ㅠ The consultation manager, the people at the front desk, and everyone working here are really kind. Especially the manager, who was kindly funny, made me feel so reassured and I liked that a lot. After surgery I was in pain and completely low-energy, so I only answered with the bare minimum, like yes... yes, but the people at the front desk really did not show any displeasure and answered kindly!! I'll come back to leave a review after the splint is removed
