It didn’t quite match the style the director was aiming for, so I didn’t choose it, but overall the hospital atmosphere, the consultation coordinator, the director, and everyone else were incredibly kind! The place was quite large too, so it felt very comfortable, and maybe because I went through a friend who had actually had surgery there, I got the sense they paid a bit more attention to me. They didn’t pressure me to book on the day, and the director drew it out by hand to show me. I think people who like something more natural rather than too sleepy-looking would suit it well.
