Extremely, extremely expensive. 910???? That's too much. Since I said I wanted a natural result, I got the feeling they might not do it for me. The doctor is kind. More handsome than he looked on Instagram. The price is just too high. For a natural result, it feels excessive to remove costal cartilage. He explained the surgery method using a YouTube video. When I asked whether there were other options, he did mention alternatives. He also honestly explained the pros and cons of each procedure
