The wait was not long and I liked that I got to consult with the director right away, but the director looked tired. They explained the structure well and talked in detail about how the surgery should be done. They forgot what I said, though, and did not mention my crooked nose, maybe because they saw me from the side and not from the front? I was recommended donor costal cartilage plus ear cartilage. The cartilage membrane and blood test cost are separate, so it was pretty expensive. I liked the director's white nose and the after results, but I felt the front desk and manager were unfriendly. I was also disappointed that I did not get an explanation about aftercare during the consultation.
