I had revision rhinoplasty, and my original nose was pinched and bulbous, so I had the silicone replaced and used autologous costal cartilage for the surgery! The director's consultation was good, and with my desired direction plus the director's aesthetic sense, the result came out as a refined look rather than an artificial nose shape! It's not an extremely flashy nose, but if I had made it flashier, I think I might have ended up looking like Pinocchio or had complications with my nose, so I'm glad! The line along the side of the nose is also fine, and if you are pursuing a refined look, this hospital
