I went to three hospitals today for a nose-surgery consultation, and the consultation staff wasn’t bad, but the director looked way too busy and didn’t seem interested in reflecting my opinion much, talking as if everything he said was right, so I felt kind of underwhelmed. The consultation staff was also a bit perfunctory and unfriendly at first, but once it seemed like I was going to proceed, they gradually became kinder. I mean... it was just so-so. The director wasn’t great.
