The waiting time was appropriate, and when I told them about the areas I was worried about, they explained exactly how to improve them. Both the director and the doctor proceeded without any overtreatment, and I hadn’t looked into non-open surgery much before visiting, but they explained it in an easy-to-understand way, so communication was smooth. Overall, it was a very satisfying consultation^^
