I had a consultation with Director Kim Beom-jun for nostril reduction, and I liked that he spoke honestly about the difficult parts. I came in having walked a difficult path, thinking it would be hard to get results from nostril reduction alone, and he apologized very sincerely. It felt like he truly cared for patients.
