I went in for a consultation about nose surgery and they explained everything so kindly. They immediately figured out the concerns I had in mind too lol The surgeon personally explained how the surgery would be done and how I should care for it afterward, and then the manager summarized it afterward! And because it was a one-surgeon practice, I felt even more confident!
