I visited for a canthoplasty consultation, and the first time the doctor's surgery ran long so I had to wait a lot and ended up consulting with the manager instead. When I came back a second time for a re-consultation with the doctor, I arrived 10 minutes late for my appointment, and they made me wait nearly an hour because I was late before I could be seen. In the end, neither of them really recommended canthoplasty. The two consultations in a row were not smooth, so I didn't feel like getting the surgery.
