Four years ago I had my first nose surgery with silicone for the bridge and septal cartilage plus ear cartilage for the tip, but the silicone went in from the glabella, and the tip became so soft that it could make a pig nose, yet it sagged quickly enough that my nose looked extremely long overall. In just one year, the silicone protruded out to the side of the bridge. The inner corner of one eye surgery left a nail-like scar on one side, and I really wonder how that even happens ...
