I asked them to make it as natural as possible because I didn't want it to look obvious. I didn't want silicone, so I had the surgery without any artificial implant! After the surgery, it turned out exactly as I wanted, with no obvious signs and a very natural look, so I'm satisfied haha I was worried because my skin scars very easily, but they also handled the aftercare well! The only thing I regret is that I can't do the pig-nose trick
