I had a dorsal hump and a drooping nasal tip, so even though it was my first surgery, they explained well that autologous rib cartilage would be the better choice. But a friend who had it done said autologous rib cartilage itself feels like getting shot in the area after surgery, so... I'm scared and still debating. Still, if I do it, I think I would do it here.
