They also showed me before-and-after photos, and the explanations were professional, so it wasn't bad. It gave me trust that they don't do advertising. However, since it was my first surgery, the quote was too high because of the cost of using ear cartilage and osteotomy for nostril reduction, so I was disappointed on the cost side.
