The waiting list was manageable, and during the consultation the before-and-after photos showed lines I liked because they were glamorous. He specializes in facial contouring and noses, and seemed to think facial balance was the most important thing, so I went ahead and booked surgery.. Also, since he said he personally performs contouring surgery too, I asked whether nose surgery alone would still balance well with my current face, and he said there was no need to do anything else, so I decided to do only the nose for now.
