I liked that the consultation manager looked at my face and told me exactly what my concerns were. But in the actual consultation, the doctor did not seem as detailed as the consultation manager and seemed to know less. In fact, the consultation manager explained the corrections for a bulbous nose and the surgery method in more detail, and even picked up on things the doctor did not mention.
