I went at the reserved time, so I consulted with the manager almost right away. They spoke very straightforwardly. I do not think they pushed many things on me... The consultation ended relatively quickly, then I met with the doctor. They only talked about what I asked, and there was no forcing of other surgeries. I went with acquaintances and had the consultation, but even then it did not take a long time. They really only answer exactly what you ask, so if you are going for a consultation, please make a checklist of what you want to ask in advance.
