It's been about 10 years since I had nose surgery, and I wanted to improve my bulbous nose. They used silicone for the bridge and rib cartilage plus autologous ear cartilage for the tip, and it is still holding up now, but the bulbous-nose improvement was definitely not fully achieved. Still, the nose ended up with a very glamorous, high tip like Seo In-young used to have. I was actually more satisfied for about 6 months before the swelling went down. Now I think a slimmer nose would look more feminine, so I'm aiming for revision surgery.
