The director was extremely aloof. I felt a lot of confidence that they would be good at nose surgery, but the manager kept asking which hospital I had been to, which made me feel pressured. They also asked right after the consultation whether I wanted to make a reservation. It was not that I doubted the director's skill, I just felt pressured and gave up. What did tempt me a little was the aftercare: they said the director personally removes the stitches and also checks on you after surgery. They are careful about scars, so they will keep a close eye on them.
