I got consultations at a lot of big hospitals here and there, and this place felt a little different. Everywhere I went said that because my bulbous nose was severe, I would need to build it up with donor rib or autologous costal cartilage,,, Compared with other hospitals, they usually suggested a lot of things like revision nose surgery + lateral osteotomy + septum + nose fat removal + donor rib, and they were places that were confident about doing a glamorous look, but here, while looking at the CT, they explained in detail that the previous rhinoplasty had the osteotomy done incorrectly, and said that a bridge without silicone and without an implant was possible. They said it looked like I had previously had hump nose osteotomy, so the hump was still left on the CT, and if that part was refined, the bridge would be high enough, so silicone would be optional. They said they would proceed with only the septum, without donor rib, but if there was a shortage, ear cartilage might or might not be used. This was the longest consultation I have had so far, and it felt like they were worrying about my nose together with me, which I really liked. The manager was also very kind and there was absolutely no pressure to make a reservation. They told me the price neatly and said to call if I was interested, so there was no burden. The aftercare and AS were quite bold, so they seemed confident in the results. The doctor is very chic, but I felt a strong sense that they are serious and would actually do a careful job.
