I went for a consultation for a hump nose and long nose. While taking the CT scan, the machine broke, so I had to wait a bit before it was done. The manager was really, extremely kind, which surprised me. The doctor was not especially kind, but had a cool kind of vibe..? He answered the questions I asked well and explained things. He said that if I wanted a natural look, only ear cartilage could be used, and if I wanted to raise the height more, we should use septal cartilage and ear cartilage. At other places, they said my septal cartilage was average, but here they said my septal cartilage was on the larger side, more than enough.
