I went for a consultation about revision surgery due to inflammation and contracture. They understood my needs well, and the consultation manager was very kind. People say the doctor is cynical, but they were kind. The explanation was straightforward and clean. However, for someone who wants unasked-for questions answered or expects their worries to be resolved without asking, it would feel frustrating. If you ask the questions you want to hear or are curious about, they explain in detail. I liked that they are famous for revision surgery, and that the nose shape there is close to the result I want.
