It takes about 5 months just to get a consultation... it seriously drives people crazy lol But once you get into the consultation, they explain things quite thoroughly I had a consultation for over an hour.. Though if you keep asking too many detailed questions, they get angry.. The shape is really pretty, and they showed me several cases.
