It had originally been scheduled for a long time later, but I got a call because someone else canceled. The director's consultation style wasn't very friendly, but the explanations were decent. They clearly told me what could be done and what couldn't. But the surgery time was around 6 to 7 hours, so it seemed way too long. A lot of people say it can be hit or miss, and now I kind of see why.. It wasn't bad for me.
