I had a revision surgery, and I’m satisfied because my pointy nose with no columella was improved. I already knew from reading reviews that the doctor is good at working on the columella, and it really was improved beautifully. As people who have had consultations will know, they put a lot of care into each consultation. They’re a little picky, but after surgery the aftercare is really good. Maybe that contrast is why people call them tsundere
