I had my second surgery with a septal graft. At the time, my septum was too weak, so the day before surgery I was recommended a donated rib cartilage graft, but I didn't have the money so I couldn't do it. The shape itself is satisfactory, but since it's still small and low, there was nothing I could do about that. This time I'm thinking about revision surgery with costal cartilage. They are good at shaping the nose. As for being a God's hand? The top rhinoplasty doctor in Gangnam? I don't really know about that, but it seems like they do make it pretty in a safe way. And they are very good at refining the tip of the nose. I would recommend them to people with contracture.
