The elevators in the building are separated, so I got a little lost trying to find it. When I went for the consultation, there were some people there, and the people I saw while waiting seemed to be of a wide range of ages. Since this was my second try, I asked about after-service just in case, and they said there isn't a separate period, but there is ongoing care, so I shouldn't worry. I think that was the part that reassured me the most.
