When I consulted, the doctor wasn't very detailed. The atmosphere was scary, like it was hard to ask questions. When I asked how many millimeters they would insert, they said millimeters weren't important and wouldn't tell me. I did make a rather flashy request, but the starting point of the bridge was too high, so my nose became long like a man's nose. Even the donor rib cartilage sagged after 3 years. It ended up looking even longer. During the surgery, they got angry because the nose filler hadn't fully dissolved yet;
