The manager sister was super sharp and caught the aesthetic vibe I wanted really well, so I liked that~^^ I also liked the consultation style of the director I was relieved that they could make custom silicone in the exact thickness I wanted. I thought there might be a limit to how much height could be added, but they said my skin thickness was okay
