Among the places I’ve been to, the director felt the most straightforward, but there was something about their experience that gave me confidence, and they weren’t unfriendly, so I liked them and ended up getting surgery there! Even after the surgery, the director helped check my progress every time, and together with the manager gave me personal care tips, which I appreciated. Thanks to that, I think I was able to recover pretty quickly for a nose surgery!
