Review of rhinoplasty at a plastic surgery clinic in Seomyeon, Busan

I used to live in Seoul, but while I was living in Jeonnam because of work, one day I suddenly wanted to get rhinoplasty. I could have easily had it done in Seoul, but while looking for a hospital that could make my nose as natural and pretty as possible, I found out about the ㅇㅇㅇㅋ hospital in Busan. I had heard that it was a very famous hospital for rhinoplasty among plastic surgery clinics in Seomyeon, and it really lived up to its reputation. An acquaintance had rhinoplasty here, and although the before and after were clearly different, the result looked natural, which made me decide to have surgery. Originally, I had been living for about 4 years getting filler and Hiko procedures, but once I entered my 30s, getting those procedures every year became burdensome in terms of cost and time, and the pain was also a burden. So I thought rhinoplasty would be much more economical, had a consultation, trusted the director’s aesthetic sense, and went ahead with the surgery. During the consultation, I said I wanted to raise my nose a lot, but the director discouraged me while recommending a nose that would suit my current face shape. Now I am endlessly grateful that I accepted that opinion and for what the director recommended. The surgery took about 2 hours, the Hiko threads were removed, and the surgery was done using silicone and ear cartilage. I wore a splint for about a week and went to the hospital every other day for disinfection. Since Busan is not where I live, it was burdensome to travel 3 hours round trip each time, but I thought that meant the aftercare was that thorough, so I followed everything strictly. Also, when blood accumulated in the middle and they had to drain it, they reassured me, and the nurses kindly explained the precautions as well. I could feel the hospital’s meticulousness in all the items they gave me for aftercare after the surgery was over, and I was touched. After removing the splint one week later, I visited the hospital once a week and then once every two weeks to check the progress, and I felt that the postoperative care was truly thorough. Also, the fact that the AS period is 3 years made me feel how much the director thinks of patients and how confident they are in their surgical skills. After getting my new nose, I have been living with so much confidence, and wherever I go, I hear that my nose is pretty, so I go around proudly talking about it. I feel it was a shame that my nose was a complex throughout my 20s, but I think it is fortunate that I at least did it now.
