I’m debating whether to get a second revision rhinoplasty.. My nose is too high and straight right now, so it kind of looks like a man’s nose, and maybe because it’s too pointy and high, I often get asked if I had surgery.. The nose I want is small and dainty. I asked them to make it look as short as possible, and it ended up looking like the last two photos... (photos 9-10) It was so high and strange that I couldn’t even go outside My original nose before surgery was like this (photos 7-8), and that nose was at least better If I get one more revision, could it become a smaller, daintier nose? Please give me your honest opinion on whether I should get a second revision or not... Three years ago, I also got advice from this community and had a revision with good results, so..
