I really hoped this would be my last nose surgery. At first, I had silicone inserted, but inflammation developed, so I had everything removed. After that, I developed columellar retraction and an upturned nose, so I had two more surgeries. They used buttock dermis and autologous costal cartilage, but the columellar retraction still wasn’t resolved.I also had asymmetry of the nasal alae, so it was hard to look in the mirror. While looking for a place specializing in revision surgery for contracted noses, I had surgery at ItsB.The director said my nasal septum had become very weakened, so they rebuilt the nasal bridge and nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage and reconstructed the septum as well. They also did upturned-nose lengthening and nostril lowering together. When they harvested the costal cartilage, they made an incision on the chest area, and the bruising was severe from my chest down to my waist.I was keeping it compressed with a compression bandage, and it hurt quite a bit when I sneezed. It gradually got better over time. After the splint was removed and the swelling went down, the line started to take shape.Since it was revision surgery for a contracted nose, I thought recovery would take a long time, but it went more smoothly than expected. The director at ItsB checked everything carefully at every follow-up,and the nurses kindly explained how to apply the ointment and how to manage the area.I’m sharing my progress for those considering revision surgery for a contracted nose to refer to.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Review of My Revision Rhinoplasty After 5 Years
5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
