When I had my nose surgery before, I should have had alar reduction done at the same time, but back then I thought alar reduction would look unnatural and make my nose look like a pig nose. By chance, I saw Director Kim Jin-woo on YouTube, and after the consultation I trusted him, so I scheduled the surgery right away. The director absolutely dislikes an overly done look, so his style matched mine. Swelling starts around day 3, and it actually does swell more than you might expect. I returned to daily life from day 10. No one around me noticed. They didn’t even know I had surgery. There was no change in my overall image at all, but the small change that only I know about feels big to me. If you’re considering alar reduction, go to Director Kim Jin-woo at The K Plus! But don’t reduce it too much~ Getting prettier in a subtle, barely noticeable way is the best.
