I had revision surgery for Gore-Tex removal with silicone + autologous costal cartilage and paid over 9 million won, but now the cartilage at the nasal tip is showing through severely in a round shape. This happened 6 months after surgery, and when I first noticed it and informed them, my consultation was delayed because of an issue with the operating surgeon changing jobs. But now I’m pregnant, so I can’t do anything right away. When I had a consultation with the director, they said to wait until after I give birth, and that even AS would definitely be paid. They said they don’t know how much it would cost now and to talk about it then. They also said they couldn’t promise a timeframe, so I’m trying to get compensation. Should I ask for my medical records, surgical records, prescriptions, and test result reports? Do I have a chance of winning…? Please help
