I had rhinoplasty with Director Jeong Jin-wook at DL Plastic Surgery on December 12, 2025. My original nose had a hump + a slight hooked-nose feel, so I was especially unhappy with my side profile rather than the front view, and I was stressed that the nasal tip looked slightly droopy. For this surgery, I had correction mainly focused on the nasal tip using no implant + septal cartilage + donated costal cartilage. I disliked the feeling of making it look artificially high, so I emphasized “natural but refined (naturally glamorous)” the most, and the result really… came out exactly as I wanted.
I had my consultation with Manager Lee So-won, and she was truly meticulous and kind from beginning to end. I showed several photos of the nose shape I wanted, and based on those, she explained one by one what was realistically possible and what could be improved, and planned it according to my facial proportions, so I trusted her. It didn’t feel like she was pushing anything excessive, and I liked that she set the direction as “what suits this face.”

I’m especially satisfied with the side-profile line. Before, my nasal tip looked like it was pointing downward, but now the nasal tip is naturally lifted, and my overall image looks much more refined. It doesn’t feel like “Did you get your nose done?” but more like the vibe of “someone who naturally has a pretty nose,” so I’m even more satisfied.
The aftercare was also really systematic. • Cleansing care • Swelling laser • Progress checks They took careful care of everything, so recovery was comfortable. Early after surgery, I had a little nasal congestion, but the director personally paid attention, checked on me, and took care of it, so I was able to recover without anxiety. It didn’t feel like things ended after surgery, but like they were “taking responsibility until the end,” so I trusted them even more.
I’m so satisfied that it’s almost amazing this kind of naturally glamorous result can be achieved without an implant. I really want to recommend it to anyone considering improvement mainly around the nasal tip 🤍
