The consultation with the director feels too defensive. At first I felt like they were consulting honestly, but in the end they just want to do only the safest surgery and always say facial asymmetry is unavoidable. Even if there is asymmetry, I think people pay a lot of money for surgery to improve it. Looking back after some time, it feels like they do not take responsibility for the surgical results and just write everything off as asymmetry, which is disappointing. The doctor is kind and does not sugarcoat things. If you only want a small improvement that still leaves some disappointment, I recommend them.
