I had a non-implant rhinoplasty, and now I feel like it’s almost stabilized, so I’m posting a review!! Honestly, my nose before surgery wasn’t exactly bad-looking, but the look I wanted was a more dramatic nose,, I was scared of putting in silicone, so I went around to several places just trying to raise the nasal tip, but they all said I’d need to have surgery with an implant, so I was about to give up. Then at Miho, the last place I went for a consultation, they said it seemed possible to do the surgery without an implant and lower the nostrils at the same time, so I got nostril lowering + bulbous nose surgery together, and it was a total success lololol Right after surgery, I was busy sharing information with people around me. Honestly, I went to a lot of other hospitals, but they all told me to put in silicone for a dramatic nose, so I didn’t have high expectations,, I had the surgery just hoping it would look slightly better than before, but Director Yoon Seok-ho at Miho really seems to have nailed the line with no implant For real, he’s not called the father of noses for nothing,, thank you, Director Yoon Seok-ho,,
