It’s been a little over 2 months and 2 weeks since I had surgery.. I had Class III malocclusion, and my gums had started to deteriorate, so mine was a case where surgery was needed for treatment purposes too Since I was going to have surgery anyway, I wanted to take care of the cosmetic side too, so I found one of the skilled private clinics and went for the surgery,, Wow, but now that I’ve actually gone through the surgery myself I realized this really isn’t an expensive surgery for no reason lol... You really have to expect a long recovery period too
The surgery itself is risky, but the aftermath is so hard Even now, chewing things like meat is so difficult for me that I’m eating porridge,,, My face is swollen every day, and I can’t even eat properly, so my self-esteem is just getting lower for no reason, and I’m venting here hahaha.. haha... Still, I’m comforting myself by thinking, well, the surgery was done safely and went well, and I’m getting through each day,,, Everyone who had two-jaw surgery, how did you get through it... Now that I’ve experienced it myself, it’s so hard...
