First of all, unlike most people, my nose was broad and flat, and I had an upturned nose. The underside of my nose was wide horizontally and my nose length was on the short side, so at a glance it looked similar to a pig nose. My nose had been a complex of mine since I was young, so I decided to get nose surgery to mark becoming an adult. I had consultations at hospitals famous for rhinoplasty, then at the place I ultimately chose, I had my consultation on the 10th and surgery on the 16th. I had rhinoplasty without an implant, using ear cartilage and donated costal cartilage. Originally, I was planning to have alar reduction, but the director said that even just lifting the nasal tip would naturally reduce the broad, flat appearance of my nose, so I trusted the director’s words and went ahead with the surgery. On the day of the nose surgery, after the operation, I had pain like my nose was continuously being hit with a hammer, but the next day, as soon as the packing in my nose was removed, the pain disappeared right away!! As the swelling and bruising gradually went down, my nose became higher day by day and became very pretty haha. When the stitches were removed, the director did it so skillfully that it did not hurt at all!! I am now 1 month post-op, and people around me have given me so many compliments, saying it turned out naturally well, it does not look like I had surgery, it looks like my original nose, and so on, so I am extremely satisfied with the surgery!!
