At first, they said it would be okay to do it without an implant, so I did, but my nasal tip ended up sinking. Since I’m getting it done anyway, I also want to raise my nasal bridge a bit. After reading a few posts, people said that using costal cartilage is good if you want to build the nasal bridge with firm support. Is that right? My nasal bridge has always been on the low side, so I want to raise it a bit... I’d like it to have a somewhat straight line, but I don’t want only my nose to stand out too much. Please recommend a place with a doctor who handles costal cartilage well. I got recommendations from acquaintances for ㄹㅅㅌ and ㅍㄹㅇㅂ in Sinsa, so I’m looking into those for now.
