3-month review of implant-free rhinoplasty

It’s already been 3 months since I had implant-free rhinoplasty with Dr. Kim at the clinic! Haha I thought there wasn’t much swelling even at the 1-month mark, but looking at the photos from then, there definitely was some swelling.. haha Now it looks even more natural! During that time, the nasal bridge has become smoother and the nasal tip has come down just the right amount, so it looks much more natural. When the splint was removed, I said I hoped it wouldn’t come down too much, and the doctor said it still had to come down a lot, and that really was true.. I’m still satisfied! Now my long nose doesn’t stand out no matter which angle I take photos from, and especially the 45-degree angle that I was unhappy with has improved a lot! I had heard that correcting a deviated nose is difficult, but as my deviated nose was corrected, the left and right lines seem to have become somewhat symmetrical too. Most of all, because it was implant-free rhinoplasty, it doesn’t look like an obvious “surgical nose!!” to anyone, and I like that the line is natural. Even an acquaintance I met after a long time didn’t realize at first that I had rhinoplasty haha I prioritized a place that does pretty nasal tip designs, and because it’s rounded, it looks natural while still giving the feeling that the nasal tip is well-defined. I recommend this clinic to anyone considering implant-free rhinoplasty!
