It’s already been 3 months since I had implant-free rhinoplasty with Dr. Kim at the clinic! Haha I thought there wasn’t much swelling even at the 1-month mark, but looking at the photos from then, there definitely was some swelling.. haha Now it looks even more natural! During that time, the nasal bridge has become smoother and the nasal tip has come down just the right amount, so it looks much more natural. When the splint was removed, I said I hoped it wouldn’t come down too much, and the doctor said it still had to come down a lot, and that really was true.. I’m still satisfied! Now my long nose doesn’t stand out no matter which angle I take photos from, and especially the 45-degree angle that I was unhappy with has improved a lot! I had heard that correcting a deviated nose is difficult, but as my deviated nose was corrected, the left and right lines seem to have become somewhat symmetrical too. Most of all, because it was implant-free rhinoplasty, it doesn’t look like an obvious “surgical nose!!” to anyone, and I like that the line is natural. Even an acquaintance I met after a long time didn’t realize at first that I had rhinoplasty haha I prioritized a place that does pretty nasal tip designs, and because it’s rounded, it looks natural while still giving the feeling that the nasal tip is well-defined. I recommend this clinic to anyone considering implant-free rhinoplasty!

I always had this hooked nose that stuck out, plus a bulbous-nose look with the tip drooping down, so showing my side profile was a real complex for me.. My eyes were asymmetrical too, and the space between them was wide, so my impression…
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewJan 16 Review after visiting 3 clinics for deviated nasal septum and nostril reduction consultations
I have a deviated nasal septum, so one side of my nose is always blocked. Also, I had double-jaw surgery in the past for orthodontic correction, and as the upper jaw was moved forward, my nasal tip and nostrils became a bit more prominent.

After surgery, the day-to-day changes felt slow, so it was frustrating, but when I took photos and compared them at 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months, it actually became fun to keep a record lol. Now that I’m at 3 months, it feels like it’s…
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewJan 16 I thought my nose revision would be my last, so I used autologous costal cartilage
I really agonized over it, but I went ahead with the revision surgery thinking it would be my last try. Even when I had my first nose surgery and the revision before, I always thought, maybe it'll be better than it is now, maybe it'll look
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewJan 16 Review of Nose Surgery for a Pig-like Upturned Nose Right After Becoming an Adult
First of all, unlike most people, my nose was broad and flat, and I had an upturned nose. The underside of my nose was wide horizontally and my nose length was on the short side, so at a glance it looked similar to a pig nose. My nose had…
