I’m aiming for an extremely, extremely, extremely natural look, but my glabella is low, so I can’t avoid using silicone I currently have 27 mm in, but the silicone looks more obvious below the eyes than around the glabella. I’m debating whether to remove it and get filler, or lower it to about glabella 27 mm - 2 mm and nasal dorsum 18 mm - 07 mm and replace it with something paper-thin. It’s only been about 6 months since surgery, so my mind is leaning more toward revision surgery than removal Even just because it feels like such a waste to have had the surgery Revision to an extremely natural-looking nose should be possible, right?
