How does everyone clean their nose after removal surgery or revision surgery? I’m gently doing it with sterile cotton swabs, but I’m wondering if I’m doing it right ㅠㅠㅠ The day before yesterday, I was picking inside my nose with a cotton swab and it started bleeding, so I tried nasal irrigation for the first time, but nasal irrigation was difficultㅜ How does everyone do it? Are there any useful tips?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
