How does everyone clean their nose after removal surgery or revision surgery? I’m gently doing it with sterile cotton swabs, but I’m wondering if I’m doing it right The day before yesterday, I was picking inside my nose with a cotton swab and it started bleeding, so I tried nasal irrigation for the first time, but nasal irrigation was difficult How does everyone do it? Are there any useful tips?
