If time passes and I end up having columellar reconstruction surgery again using my septal cartilage and ear cartilage, would the foreign-body sensation be severe? Could there be side effects or anything like that? I’m really struggling and honestly never want to have surgery again. The truth is, that’s pretty much the only option I have, but I’m so scared ㅠ Could problems still occur even if I have surgery using my own cartilage? Please help me
