I'm on day 5 after my nose surgery, and every time I breathe, there is a loud whooshing wind sound Also, maybe because I had alar reduction, nasal bridge osteotomy, and silicone, ever since right after surgery my eyes feel pulled closer together and my philtrum feels longer Will this go back to normal once the swelling goes down? This is really my first surgery, and I'm so worried because I feel like I rushed into it
