The doctor looked a bit tired, and the consultation manager seemed older.. They said it would probably require two donor costal cartilages and that they would not use ear cartilage. They said they would add artificial dermis, but because the skin at the tip of my nose is on the thin side, I thought that if they did not also add support with ear cartilage and only used dermis, it would fail, so I did not set a surgery date.
