For those who have had removal, how was it? I’m debating between full removal + nasal tip cartilage repositioning, full removal + nasal tip cartilage repositioning, or only using MegaDerm on the nasal bridge Since I had closed rhinoplasty 12 years ago, I absolutely have to do it closed. Has anyone by any chance had MegaDerm only on the nasal bridge?
