I had functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty at the end of March this year. First, when I was getting the surgery, I worried a lot about whether to put silicone in the nasal bridge or not. Then they told me that if I did their clinic’s no-plant surgery using ground costal cartilage particles, I wouldn’t have to worry about inflammation and it wouldn’t look too unnatural. I trusted that and had the surgery on the condition that it would be implant-free. After the surgery ended and I was in the recovery room, the doctor in charge came in and explained how the surgery went. But what is this? While I was still out of it, they said the septal cartilage was insufficient, so they used mesh. Originally it was supposed to be with ear cartilage and septal cartilage…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
